We always urge our clients to maintain utmost hygiene standards. With the growing trends of food safety and hygiene, we bring to you our Take off conveyor, which requires zero to a minimal human contact. It is extremely useful in Bread and Rusk manufacturing plants. It is a juncture where rounded dough balls are taken from the Rounder and transported to a Moulder. There’s hardly any human contact and it’s extremely hygienic and safe to operate. There are flaps on the conveyor to ensure dough doesn’t get displaced and falls exactly in the center of Moulder. It comes with an emergency Stop button keeping in mind the safety standards. It has a capacity of 2000 pcs/hour that saves a lot of time and effort.
